How to Create a Contest Event

This guide walks you through creating a voting-based contest where participants compete for votes.
1. Getting Started
- Navigate to your dashboard and click on the “Events” section in the sidebar.
- On the event page, click on the “Create Contest” card. This will open the multi-step contest creation form.

2. Step 1: Contest Event Details
- Event Title: Enter a clear and catchy title for your contest (e.g., “Summer Photo Challenge”).
- About Contest: Provide a detailed description of the contest. Explain the rules, prizes, and what it’s all about.
3. Step 2: Branding & Cost
- Brand Logo: Upload your brand’s logo. This will appear on the event page.
- Event Cover Image: Upload a high-quality cover image or banner for your event.
- Cost Per Vote: Set the price for a single vote. If voting is free, you can enter
0.
4. Step 3: Add Contestants
- This is where you add the people competing in the contest. For each contestant:
- Click the uploader on the left to add a photo of the contestant.
- Enter their full name in the text field.
- Click the “Add Another Contestant” button to add more participants.
5. Step 4: Set Contest Schedule & Task
- Event Start/End Date/Time: Set the exact dates and times when voting will be open.
- Enable Task (Optional): You can set a specific vote target for contestants to win automatically.
- Check the box to enable it.
- Enter the number of votes required in the “Votes to Win” field.
6. Step 5: Finalize Your Contest
- After completing all the steps, the “Next” button will turn into a “Finalize Contest” button. Click it to publish your event.
