How to Create a Ticket Event

Use this event type to sell tickets for conferences, workshops, concerts, or any other paid gathering.
1. Getting Started
- Navigate to your dashboard and click on the “Events” section.
- Click on the “Create Ticket” card to open the form.

2. Step 1: Ticketed Event Details
- Event Title: Enter the name of your event (e.g., “Annual Tech Summit”).
- About Event: Describe your event in detail. For example; information about speakers, agenda, venue, and what attendees can expect.
3. Step 2: Event Branding & Imagery
- Brand Logo & Event Cover Image: Upload your logo and a cover image to represent your event visually.
4. Step 3: Set Ticket Tiers & Prices
- This is where you define the different types of tickets you want to sell.
- Ticket Title: Give each ticket type a name (e.g., “General Admission,” “VIP Pass,” “Early Bird”).
- Quantity: Enter the total number of tickets available for that tier. Leave it blank for unlimited tickets.
- Cost: Set the price for one ticket in this tier.
- Click “Add Another Ticket” to create multiple tiers.
5. Step 4: Set Sales Schedule & Discounts
- Ticket Sales Start/End: Set the dates and times when tickets will be available for purchase.
- Enable Coupon (Optional): If you want to offer discounts:
- Check the “Enable Coupon” box.
- Enter a Coupon Code (e.g., “SAVE20”).
- Choose a Coupon Type (percentage or flat rate discount) and enter the value.
- Set the dates the coupon will be valid.
6. Step 5: Finalize Your Event
- Once all details are filled in, click the “Finalize Event” button to make your ticket sales page live.
